3. Collection and laundering — we collect worn garments for washing, repair or replacement.

Netexial commits to full traceability for every garment: each item is fitted with an RFID chip, and its full laundering history is available in your customer portal. After the contract is signed, allow an average of 6 to 8 weeks for sizing, customisation and the first delivery. Once the service is live, deliveries follow the contractual schedule (usually weekly). Your dedicated Netexial contact stays by your side for any adjustment.
